Soul Readings are about tuning in and sensing what messages your Soul needs to hear right now.
Sometimes this may include gentle messages from loved ones who have passed, if they step forward.
Nothing is forced — only what comes through in Love and feels supportive for you.
Focus on sensing what may be stopping you from moving forward — such as heavy or draining energies that affect your Soul, emotions, or body.
Towards the end of the consultation, you’ll be offered a clear next step if further support feels aligned. This may be a one-on-one healing plan, or the option to continue in your own time through my 12-week pre-recorded course, or the same work offered in four gentle parts.
Group Healing Sessions gently guide you into a state of stillness, allowing your Soul to heal and emotions to soften back into Love.
